Grow your Business

You business is established. Now you want better results: more leads, customers, orders and profit – and less risk and costs to operate the business.
There are multiple ways to make this happen, but in general there are 5 main optimization points you can improve. Improving these is both a science (tracking and analyzing numbers) and an art.

We got your back: Strategies, Tactics and Apps to do the heavy lifting. Consulting and coaching to assist you and a Pro Team that do what you wont or cant.

We either teach you how to do it yourself or work with you 1:1 until you realize your goals.

Our proprietary Simple Success System is a framework we always use to improve a business. Below are a few areas to look at.

To optimize you first need to track what you are doing and then identify optimization points. The optimization areas are typically:

  • Audience targeting
  • Positioning of your business and products
  • Product descriptions (and features and results)
  • Visibility (marketing: Getting attention)
  • Landing / sales pages / sales collateral
  • Messaging
  • Friction (drop-off points) in the purchase experience
  • Follow-up sequence. It generally takes multiple interactions before a purchase

Unfortunately – when onboarding new clients that are already in business – we have from time to time found that the foundation is flawed, which means that you need to go back and remedy before oving forward. Why? Because

The RIGHT product to the WRONG audience will fail. Similary the WRONG product to the RIGHT audience will fail.
The science and art is to present the RIGHT product to the RIGHT audience in the RIGHT (irresistible) way.

Jacob Heiberg

Marketing or optimizing sales pages or friction will NOT fix the fact that you either have the wrong product, the wrong message or the wrong audience.

An example I heard from a marketing agency is trying to sell wedding dresses to married men. No matter how great the dress is, there will be very little interest and spending more on optimizing and marketing is wasted.

Optimizing your business: The never ending story

Kaizen is a Japanese term used in LEAN manufacturing. It means constant improvements. If you run a business, it makes sense to keep improving. But there comes a point, where the results are not worth the effort to improve a part of the company.

What then? Then it is time to improve another part or scale or exit, depending on your dreams.

Our Simple Success System is a tool we always use when analyzing a new client with the aim to optimize. We go for the biggest change first.
